We prioritize buying local foods first, followed by organic and natural ingredients. We are so fortunate to work with many inspiring producers in the area, from farmers and flour mills to bakeries and dairies:

Homemade
Homemade is our trend (if at all possible) using the freshest, ripest, and most delicious fruits, veggies, eggs, meats, and dairy products available. In this way, we greatly limit fuel exhaustion, pollution of the planet, and mistreatment of animals while supporting producers in our area and teaching about healthy eating. Most importantly, we feed our community very well!

Breakfast:
Pancakes with 100% pure maple syrup, fruit salad, and scrambled eggs
Local + grass‐fed beef gravy, mushroom gravy, fruit, and buttermilk biscuits
Veggie frittata with yogurt and granola
Lunch:
Build-your-own burrito bar with fresh veggies and toppings like guacamole, salsas and hot sauces, black beans, and grilled onions
BBQ tempeh grilled cheese sandwiches and roasted tomato soup
Veggie stir-fry and peanut sauce and an Asian-style slaw
Supper:
Sourdough pizza and a fresh salad
Black bean chili with homemade cornbread and roasted veggies
Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread and a fresh salad
Dessert:
Handmade ice cream with cacao nibs and strawberry syrup
Dark chocolate brownies
