Buffalo Cove Bushcraft Knife

Finding the quintessential backcountry knife is a challenge that many outdoors folk face. We have taken the 30 years of serious outdoor adventure, wilderness survival, bushcraft, outdoor instruction, and backwoods homesteading that our director, Nathan Roark, has to offer and combined it with the expert knowledge of metallurgy, blade design and knife-making of Josh Morgan of Primitive Woodsman.

The result of this collaboration is a tool that you can rely upon in the harshest of backwoods situations. It is designed to be used for carving, splitting, drilling, smashing, assisting in creating fire, dressing and butchering animals, and even self-defense.

All Buffalo Cove Bushcraft knives are hand made by Josh, so no two are exactly the same. They all come with a heavy-duty, handmade leather sheath that can be worn strong side, cross draw on your belt, or, with minor modifications, easily mounted to pack straps or worn in a horizontal (scout) configuration on the belt.

10% of the money from all Buffalo Cove Bushcraft knives purchased from Primitive Woodsman at retail price will be placed into a scholarship fund for local youth to attend camp sessions at Buffalo Cove!

This is a tool that will last you a lifetime and might even save your life!
