YOUTH SESSION REGISTRATION
Step 1: Download the 2021 Camper Registration Form. Print and fill out the form completely. Don't forget to sign it!
Step 2: Pay the $250 Camper Registration Deposit here:
Select the correct camp session, enter the camper name and age, and click "add to cart" to proceed to the payment process. Please submit a separate deposit for any campers in the same family.
Step 3: Mail the registration form to:

Remember, all paperwork and final payments must be received no later than May 1st (this is very important for our summer planning). There will be a $40 processing fee for all camp paperwork received after May 5th.
Step 4: You'll receive a confirmation packet including information about camp logistics, packing lists, and other important things via email as soon as we receive your registration forms and deposit. You will also be sent an invoice for the remaining tuition balance depending on tuition discounts and late fees.

5% discount for all multi-camper families
5% discount for any multi session enrollment
5% discount for referring/recruiting any new camper
Since it is impossible to plan and budget for programs so small with the possibility for last minute drop outs of campers due to health reasons, we have to instate a more strict refund policy in order to protect the financial future of Buffalo Cove.
If there is a camper cancellation prior to 12 weeks before the session’s start date, we will refund 50% of the camper tuition.
We will not be able to offer refunds on the sessions if there is a camper cancellation within 12 weeks of the session’s start date.
If Buffalo Cove has to cancel the session for COVID-19-related issues, we will refund your money.
We strongly encourage families to look into “trip insurance” for their camp session if they would like secure further refund possibilities.
