EARTH Camp Deposit (by invitation only)
12-day session: July 7 – 18, 2024 // Ages 13 – 18

This is our most advanced and demanding program. We have been cultivating a crew of campers for several years who are now ready for some serious adventure! We will be taking all skills to the next appropriate level while in Base Camp and introducing new (and more complex) outdoor skills, concepts, and practices.
Campers should expect to be “in the field” at least 7 (but probably more) of the 12 days of this session, actively applying these skills. These days afield will most likely include a backpacking trip, canoeing trip, a wilderness survival scenario, or a variation/combination of all three! We will break our session into two teams for our outings based on interest area and experience levels.
Participants should come with backcountry/wilderness experience under their belt. This is not a session for beginners!

This deposit secures a spot in this program. The remaining session tuition balance is due May 1st, 2024, and can be paid here. For multi-session campers and multi-camper families, tuition discounts can be applied at checkout (more information is below). In the coming weeks, you’ll receive information about camp logistics and forms via email.
Enrollment is on a “first come, first served” basis. All final payments and forms must be received no later than May 1st, 2024 (this is very important for our summer planning). There will be a $50 processing fee for all camper forms received after May 15th.
Refund Policy: Since it is impossible to plan and budget for programs so small with the possibility of last-minute camper dropouts due to health reasons, we have had to instate a stricter refund policy in order to protect our investment in programming and the financial future of Buffalo Cove.
If there is a camper cancellation prior to May 1st, we will refund 50% of the camper tuition.
We will not be able to offer refunds for cancellations after May 1st.
If Buffalo Cove has to cancel the session for unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your money.
We strongly encourage families to look into “trip insurance” if they would like to secure further refund possibilities.
